Oh my god, this looks like a Byzantine fresco. =D

This does beg the question about Medicine Seller’s other-self possibly not being Shinto in origin, but perhaps a Bodhisattva?
Oh, my, my. Don’t we look good?
I’m going to assume, purely based on the color exchange, (because I am an expert at gleaning from the meager-est of subtext), that this means you fucked Agni. W2g, Miss Grell.
I’m thinking of sewing a dress to wear to my cousin’s August wedding, since the only really nice (not cheap, outdated or worn out) formal occasion dress I have is black, and that doesn’t suit the season very well. But most of the fabrics I have are also seasonally iffy. (I have some goldenrod and deep plum that compliment each other so nicely!) I also have a decent amount of this cute patterned fabric pictured (in a trapeze dress I made) but that looks a little unsophisticated.
I’m also not too confident that I could sew something to look nice and elegant and not look obviously homemade, but I really want to have a dress with a nice simple 1920’s high-fashion aesthetic without breaking the bank, and it seems that making one is the only way to get that.
Tumblr, what do?
